Our Washington Avenue Project home combines timeless charm with thoughtful, modern comfort. The result? Creating a space that feels both elevated and inviting.

Originally constructed in 1912, this home dates to a time when the Jersey Shore was emerging as a sought-after vacation destination, inspiring designs that felt airy and relaxed, with light, breezy details and softer color palettes. Our clients wanted to maintain that feel with a neutral palette, keeping the space calm, inviting, and true to its original character. A sunlit entryway is highlighted by warm wood tones, soft neutrals, and layered textures. A built-in window seat with a custom upholstered cushion grounds the space, and English-inspired wallpaper wraps the walls for a welcoming first impression.

The family room is anchored by a classic fireplace and tailored furnishings. Designing the living areas for both everyday ease and effortless entertaining was important for this family of four. In the dining area, clean architectural lines meet handcrafted warmth, with custom millwork, an oversized dining table, and understated details that create a welcoming place to gather. Curated finishes and natural materials lend a sense of quiet luxury.

Comfortable yet polished, this home offers a beautifully considered backdrop for daily living, where every room feels intentional, relaxed, and effortlessly stylish.

The bedroom was designed to incorporate soft layers, natural textures, and a palette that whispers rather than shouts. This bedroom is designed as a quiet retreat, where comfort and simplicity come together in the most elevated way.
