Located on the sandy shores of Sea Girt, New Jersey the Oceanfront Project offers the ultimate beachfront living experience. A

haven for beach enthusiasts, our clients envisioned crafting a permanent residence boasting panoramic views of crashing waves

and mesmerizing sea storms. With retirement in mind, they sought a spacious abode to host their family, and this 4500 square

foot home seamlessly blends the charm of a coastal cottage with ample living space.

Considering the seaside oasis would be our clients’ primary residence, they wanted to steer clear of the typical blue and white coastal aesthetic, opting instead for a more organic palette. As such, each material was carefully curated to feature natural colors that seamlessly blend with a neutral and organic backdrop. We selected soft patterns reminiscent of the English countryside, delicate prints, copper accents, reclaimed wood elements, and luxurious marbles with intricate veining patterns.
