Simple, delicious, and a top pick from our Office Manager, Martha Bermingham!

INGREDIENTS:
2 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ cup melted coconut oil
Cinnamon (to taste)
Pinch of flaky sea salt
Dark chocolate chips (to taste)
Coconut flakes (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix ingredients in a large bowl: combine the oats, honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, cinnamon, chocolate chips, and sea salt. Stir until everything is coated.
Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press down with a spatula or spoon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring halfway through to ensure even baking.
Once the granola is lightly golden, take it out of the oven and leave to cool on the tray for 45-60 minutes.
Break into clusters and store in a mason jar or other airtight container.
Feel free to customize it with your favorite ingredients, such as dried fruits or nuts. Enjoy!
