Welcome to our Ocean Avenue Project, where coastal living meets unparalleled luxury. Nestled on the shores of Sea Bright, this exquisite home offers panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Navesink River, providing an idyllic retreat for the whole family.
In crafting this waterfront haven, we prioritized capturing the awe-inspiring views while infusing the space with a serene, earthy ambiance. Working in harmony with the vision of John Goodhue from Goodhue Brother Builders, we designed the main living areas, bathrooms, and primary bedroom to harmonize seamlessly with the natural surroundings.
To enhance the angled architecture, we incorporated elegant archways throughout the main living spaces, complemented by soft
white walls with contrast trim that serve as a canvas for the breathtaking views outside. In the kitchen, we introduced unexpected elements such as rich wood tones on the island, oversized cement pendants, and a custom antique door leading to the pantry adorned with reeded glass.
For moments of relaxation and privacy, we curated a cozy den, enveloped in a warm, inviting palette to create the perfect sanctuary for remote work or leisurely TV watching.
In the bathrooms, we prioritized both style and functionality, opting for durable materials like quartz countertops and resilient flooring, while maximizing storage to meet the needs of the modern family. Each space exudes a bright, earthy charm, while the son's bathroom boasts a masculine coastal aesthetic accentuated by dark teal trim and a playful grayscale coastal wallpaper.
Finally, the primary bedroom embodies a serene oasis, bathed in natural light and adorned with soothing earth tones, offering a tranquil retreat at the end of each day.
